Had no idea 1105 no longer exists, I see they are now part of 1101. I see this happened during the pandemic in 2020

Realize that’s something bargained for once.So when no one is left to fight for it it’s gone .So anyone looking to retire don’t count on retirees healthcare you best make arrangements at least till your Medicare eligibility but for now just count on increases to retirees cost
I believe since 2012 there’s been no increase to retirees healthcare.89.00 for 3 months. Medicare cost 600 a Quarter. This must be fixed.
Union dying out with only the older generation in them. Majority of management RTO 3 days a week and the union sees their reps being cut as a good thing? Interesting take. I guess CWA 1105 will no longer exist.
Don’t know how anyone thinks there will be big wins on the contract . Most of the outside union workers are old as sh-t with the end near . No fight left. And inside workers are gonna be contracted out
I wish. There keeping all the techs, but letting go of a majority of the call center reps. It’ll be interesting to how the techs deal with this.
