@a8, this board is a better system. Unions can also help here. Google "Megan Halvorson Wells Fargo." If you are "quietly quitting" you might consider "sending a report" to the C's might to hasten your displacement with a severance goal.

True. Dude is evil even worse than Shart. When he gets an email like this he probably smiles and moves your entire group up the priority list to be downsized/outsourced/contracted. His org routinely lays off 500+ people per month.

That heavily depends on which LOB you belong to. Some are good, others are bad. Scott P will protect bad managers and retaliate staff employees like you.

And face retaliation? We need a better system of anonymity to provide constructive feedback to management -event if they may not be open to it- without being exposed to retaliation.
