It’s on the Intranet...just do a search. They spell out the policy clearly.
Not sure why all the downvotes on my comment to look it up on the intranet. It is ROUGHLY 2 weeks per year, but it varies based on your salary and length of service. Search on "severance pay plan" and you'll see the document.
I am afraid to ask but if they would give me the severance then i would take it.
@bayy+17ebYQpl - To frustrate the employees and have them quit/find other jobs so that severance doesn't have to be paid.
i would jump on an offer - I bet a lot of people would but maybe not the right people....too much deadweight who can't get hired anywhere else.
Why don't they just offer packages, instead of making people wait for the next RIF?
16 Weeks or 4 months pay - closer to 2 months pay after taxes. You'll be required to sign a non compete clause to receive it however which means you can't go work for a competitor before you receive the funds.
2 weeks per year.
It's on the intranet. Look it up.
Unlimited weeks off
