When businesses choose option to the employee supper, yeah, many of those employees are still asleep and continue to support the socialist ideals.

I think we all know what "woke" is or can go figure it out via social media memes and videos. Yet another set of nonsense seeking to create division.. looks to be working.
Bottom Line:
We are behind in customer experience and those greedy self concerned individuals at the top are the dinosaurs needing to go. Those at the top are too far removed from the actual issues and really only care about their next presentation and looking good to other more senior leadership. I think there are way too many managers managing managers while the bottom half does the work and is front line to the fallout. We are undergoing a huge shift in how we do business- it will be interesting to see how it all ends up working out in FY25/26.

Nothing makes someone look more like an ignorant boomer than blaming their problems on “wokeness” (not that any of the angry old dinosaurs who complain about it can define it).
Yes the problem here is not investing in good customer experiences, but let’s be real: executives are slashing quality because they’re greedy ba----ds who want to take more profit for themselves and it has nothing to do with a social agenda. It’s unchecked corporate greed sprinkled with the usual PR/charity facade so they can still pretend they’re human to the public eye.
