@bm the fault lays with the senior leadership, full stop. None of us could have run a fortune 5 company into the ground the way they have. If they actually took the time and listened to their employees and customers, they wouldn’t be in this situation. The security team has been telling these people that there’s problems for years and what do they do? They fire the security people who tell them the truth, because the senior leadership didn’t want to hear it. Then there’s a security breach, and they act shocked. Witty should be held criminally responsible for what he did to the company, if there is any way he can be. That guy is a criminal, and many have suffered for his bad decisions and incompetence.

The mission ahead is simple get rid of those dept and companies dragging their stock down. This company actually argued that they were not responsible for securing or protecting the PHI of their consumers so they want a lawsuit dropped on that reasoning. But doesn’t look like anyone agrees with them.
Translation: Anyone who is a GL30 or higher managing one person is going to be unemployed.
Anyone else read the first couple of lines where he says “some of it’s our own fault”.
