Someone should investigate this workplace for immigration fraud, displacing American workers, Caste system, Contractor/Body shops fraud.
Please report with all evidences to the Department of Labor.

@br It's not flushing money for no results if you're getting a kickback.
Always remember, most of the rest of the world's ethical standards don't match ours,
or even exist.
I have worked with probably 40-50 different contractors from these head shops over the past decade. I can say with confidence only 7-10 were remotely competent. The rest required so much hand holding and instruction that it was literally easier to do the task I was hoping to delegate to them myself. So it’s 20-25% that are worth a dime. So yes in my opinion this is either fraud or corporate misappropriation of funds. You can’t spend 10’s of millions if not 100’s of millions with a vendor and only get 2/10 useful contributors for that spending. At that point is basically cheaper to run a team all onshore. Especially when you consider the management head cost through agencies, and comms gaps when working with this agencies both on shore and off shore. It’s just not really saving us any money. It’s really flushing money for no results. Then they intend to double down on this method? It’s embarrassing
