Does anyone have any information as to how much Gerry Lewis and or Eduardo Conrado received any monetary or non-monetary compensation (Kickback) from HCL and MTech? I am sure they received some sort of payment from HCL for their outsourcing of Ascension Technologies to HCL and MTech.
If so, I would love to bring this to light and put processes in motion to bring these two worthless individuals "Down". It would be nice to see them prosecuted.
Who was responsible for outsourcing Apps Team and Infrastructure?
One of Gerry’s Monkeys in this outsourcing was Christos Kokalas (arrogant and rude jerk) and he was in charge of outsourcing the Service Desk…. We’ll surprise, surprise… he is now an Executive with HCL in charge of applications….. he was likely qualified to be head latrine cleaner.
anyone who knew him when he was with Dell as a regional tech director could've predicted this. He had no conscience. He played favorites. He was president of the good ole boy club. Unbelievable how much he simply did not care about that wasn't his buddy.

I’m surprised it took this long for this to happen. He was a horrible leader and ruined a once great culture within AIS. Ascension made the wrong choice when replacing Mr. Barner.
What he spearheaded at Ascension will become a business case study of what not to do.
He is definitely a talented marketer, selling that bill of goods to the Ascension Board. One minute they are complaining about how expensive IT is, the next they are sinking an insane amount of money into a pipe dream.

I am assuming you are referring to Eduardo Conrado? I do know that he sold the Ascension Execs & Board a "Bill of Goods" when he convinced them that he could create an in-house developed EHR (electronic health record) system. Developing a EHR system would be a massive task and would take many years, cost many millions of dollars, not to mention the testing time, on going maintenance, on going enhancements, and on going operational cost. I have worked in IT as a systems programmer and software engineer for forty years and have had systems published nationally.
I saw nothing from Eduardo Conrado that gave me any confidence that he could head up creating an EHR system. I doubt they have a EHR at Motorola.
Does anyone know on what terms Eduardo left Motorola?
I remember that, Meghan Markle really seemed to enjoy telling everyone they were losing their jobs. She took a perverse thrill in that.
Not to mention she needs a new interior decorator, that woman has awful taste.
He was just following orders and is laughing all the way to the bank on his Peloton. Reminds me of that guy Green in Casino. Look into the guy whose idea this was. He was on the Ascension Board until he became chief 'inno...whack whack...vation' officer. Gonna innovate them jobs right out the door! All info public ly available. Motorola did and does a ton of business in India. Even have a COE over there...
Does anyone know if Gerry Lewis received any form of kickback from HCL/Tech Mahindra? Maybe an investigation and audit by the MO State Atty General, Fed, and IRS is warranted.
Please post any information you might have on Gerry Lewis and Ascension regarding this matter. They treated us very badly. I wouldn't be surprised to find that Gerry Lewis and possibly other Ascension Executives received some form of kickbacks from HCL and Tech Mahindra.

If that's true....that's despicable! Ascension is supposed to be faith based. Can you imagine how the Christian founders would feel about what is going on now?
He spent $1 Million of the company money going to india and ba----g his secretary and outsourced over 1500 American jobs. Good luck to you Gerry.
Less of a transition more of a gut job. I sincerely hope he is just the first of most upper management to get the boot.

I hope that Gerry "took advantage of all of the training opportunities" while he could. And did HE get the 2 minute long call where the floor was NOT open for questions, and was told that if he was a participant in that call, that he was affected by the company's strategic business decision that would affect his employment status? Will HE be told that he would definitely be contacted by HCL to be interviewed for jobs applied for, only to have that NOT happen? Will HE have to train his replacement who can barely speak English?
He wrecked a lot of American jobs and a whole and wrecked a whole healthcare company!
