Why bother? They just twist the data to support their narrative. Always have. And it’s not confidential, either, especially is your age is an “outlier” in your group.
@bx 2024 survey results were never published for obvious reasons…no surprises if this years results do not get out the door either.
And when do the culture survey results come out?
What if we all fill it out with N/A across the board? You can't say I didn't fill it out.
It is NOT anonymous. They get a list of UID’s who have and have not done the survey.
“Anonymous” survey… I guess I’ll wait until the chief of staff sends out list of UUIDs that haven’t submitted their feedback yet.
