It’s a rough look when leadership talks about returning from Cabo while the rest of us are bracing for major reorg fallout. Completely tone-deaf.

Yeah, well, we expect them not to be liars and a-holes. Sometimes you don't get what you expect.
Haven't you read recent articles about how CEOs expect 60+ hours a week now? Because they themselves work so many hours. Completely ignoring the fact they make 200-300 times the salary.
Execs, "working" wherever they want while the huddled masses shuffle around swiping badges. FHY!
@c1+1jyfj2md8 It’s about being tone deaf. Nothing wrong with Cabo (or Myrtle for that matter). It’s the “in your face” way that the Star-belly Snitches make sure that you know where the operational budget gets tilted.
So, no one can go on vacation now? Or do you have a list of acceptable destinations that won't affect your sensibilities? Maybe Myrtle Beach meets your approval? Get a life
So did they learn anything in Cabo?
Meanwhile, we pack mule our whole office in a big bag, sit in cross-contaminated spaces, ensure gaslighting from mid (in so many ways) managers. All while trying to turn $2K into $2.5K in 3 years which, if we succeed, means they would get millions in RSRs.
This place may no longer be a cult, but you cannot tell me it isn’t sadistic.
Did TK go with SVB?
