Hush lil baby it’ll all be okay 🥺
I’ll make sure you’re taken care of when it happens.

We all needa bit of aftercare when these things occur.

This company can't survive without the LLs..... What would we do without their leadership?

That's awesome, we don't expect the first recall to hit before mid 1st quarter of 2030 she'll get a lot of enjoyment out of that.

As always we thank you for your support

Run, run, the sky is falling!!!!!

I say there will be layoffs, in either May, June, July or August. When we get closer to the 4th quarter I will predict layoffs for the remaining months of the year.

It will be contract, purchases services, and then Ford direct.

Europe is good up until the end of April, but same conditions can apply them also.

Let see if I am correct!

Can outsource our own jobs, before JF does. Beat them at their own game.

I am not sure about the "majority" but at least "1" will be fired in May 2025. It is the OP!

How many of these "Its coming, I guarantee it" posts before people wise up? When was the last "big one"? 2008? 2014? Now compare that to all of the times it was posted.

salaried is not long for this world.

I always wondered why the “best and brightest” needed to come to the U.S. to shine. Is it cloudy where they come from?

Guys, salaried is not long for this world. If you are salaried and not looking for your next gig then you're a mo--n. You cannot tariff engineering and IT work. So as hourly is onshored, LCCs for salaried roles is the only play.

Good luck to us all.

Brackets group just hired 4 Tech Specialists and promoted 7 LL6s. Layoffs if any, will be contained to the GSRs

Cuts are happening in small numbers from many organizations. Jobs then sent to LCC.

I’ll believe it only if it is leaked to The NY Times or WSJ.

ok, that's cool. Just like any other time when C-Levels look to cut labor to solve their issues. Not unlike cheap labor from China, they have become addicted to that Cr*ck of cutting labor rather than addressing structural issues. Layoffs happen, but they seem to be getting used as a quick solution to fool stock holders into thinking there is some long term plan when there isn't. The plan is: Cut labor, see what happens.

I'll believe it only if leadership discusses it at the next Global Town Hall. Remember, that is the only official forum for this kind of announcement.
