A year has passed and a new CISO has yet to be appointed. The interim CISO is still appointed who has no clue about what they are doing. How many years more will be be waiting?

The reality is that none of the executive positions are missed when the position is open. These people literally do nothing productive.

Just shows you how important the role is if it can be done temporarily by a job share.
Munish Kumar is INTERESTING.
His actual name is Munish Kumar Sharma.
At Wells, he mysteriously dropped his last name !
WHY?
Why would someone in Wells Management get rid of his last name..?
Look him up in LinkedIn?
Signs of a well integrated CISO department?
Responding to @c8+1jgqmtwte:
Munish Kumar is the interim CISO. He came over to Technology from Wealth & Investment Mgmt (WIM). As such, everybody in Technology gets all of the big-news items from WIM (usually centered around patting themselves on the back).
CISO's don't have much longevity at WF. Last one ( Ravi R.) went back to Visa. Previous one before him (Kurt L.) was canned. One before that one (Gary O.) went to a smaller financial venture firm. Not sure who the previous CISOs were.
No one cares who the execs are anymore. It's a revolving door of has been, incompetents, leeches, and losers. Don't like your LOB exec? Wait a few months, they'll be gone anyway.
We need to start asking why….
- how can a major FI go a year without finding a full time CISO
- why has there been a revolving door since Baich left
Who is the interim CISO
