@7oyh+1dKrl7kB, I've heard that this is happening across many lines of business, and leadership just doesn't care about the impacts.
WF is so big that no one person can speak for the entire organization. So to say that “WF is fine” OR to say “WF is in Chaos” very much depends on where you are. I will say that in my world (an organization with about 9K people), we are in chaos because of constant re-orgs, a badly mangled move to Agile, new leadership from outside the bank who do not understand our customer base, and a constant outflow of talent. Losing people with 10+ years experience on a weekly basis is a recipe for disaster in the short to mid-term. These are people that cannot easily be replaced (at least by people who will be effective).
Chaos is job security for executive leadership. They create conditions that foster the chaos then tout action plans to fix the problem. Not much different than politics.
Chaos is a ladder.

The vultures have been politicians, media, OOC, the Fed, etc. Wells can't get out from under the microscope.

I do agree that WFC is in total chaos. But wondering who do you consider to be the vultures?
