If I'm going from Fiserv to FIS, am I just getting the same thing or are things slightly better at FIS?

Worked at Fiserv. Thought I landed the 'perfect job' with FIS---2 months later the workforce reductions at FIS began and my 'perfect job' was eliminated.
Think about that one! Grass is NEVER greener.
I can't imagine anything is worse than FIS
@ce That is sad because FIS is the worst company I have ever worked for,
I have worked both places and the culture at FIS is 1000% better than Fiserv. Fiserv was terrible. And it got worse after Yabuki left.
From what I have heard about Fiserv, they seem be pushing RTO both directly and indirectly. Fis is more status quo. If you work remotely now it stays that way. But the same RIFs issue is always looming and it is like a slow moving cargo ship trying to change direction by throwing cargo off the ship.
