They are closely tracking compliance, down to the individual. The message is clear, do 3:2 or we WILL go back to 5:0.
I think it’s ridiculous, but be aware, it could be worse.

They can track my a-s all the way to another company that allows remote work.
Old school fools who think if they don’t have eyes on you, you are not working. No wonder they are having a very hard time attracting talent.
I work factory #2 shift build cards. I no choice
They have so few people that they ask everyone to work xmas holiday but you think they have people to follow you around?
To my knowledge they are not tracking how long you are there. But they certainly could if they want to.
Who cares more noise from powerless leaders. They can try but in the end the world has changed and open cubicle work plans have gone the way of dress codes and casual fridays.
Go ahead and tell your engineers they need to wear a tie .. see how it goes.
Put it right below the 2percent “merit” raise.
Old men trying to hire young women to look progressive. Losers.
Do you think they will track it down to the minute to make sure yer there for 8+ hours?
Spot on. The upper management fossils think this is a winning strategy. They're mostly the only people that think so. Then they wonder why Honeywell is losing talent at warp speed.
3:2 = 3 days in office, 2 days work from home
There is zero flexible, even if all your teams are located somewhere else than your location. So in many cases, there is no team members to talk with in person... still putting in headsets for telecons, same as work from home. Except you now do the needless commute just to clock in
Lots of companies offering more flexibility. Many are still 5:0
Let's just say I also have verification of tracking. 2 of my coworkers had a "clarification" discussion.
I got confirmation on this. IT/HR tracking IP login locations and badge accesses to verify that personnel are on-site minimum 3 days per week (unless worker has other agreement or permission from manager to deviate). managers need something to manage
@ceo+1elIFYsn: No trolling intended, I simply asked the question what the 3:2 post refers to.
@ney+1elIFYsn
Your troll farm must not have sent you the memo.
More tone deaf nonsense from the gestapo fools at the top. They couldn't pour pi$$ out of a boot with the instructions stamped on the heel. And they sent out mass emails of "you're fired" and then "just kidding" soon after. Not worried. Exit plan is in full swing.
What is 3:2 for those of us that don't know?
5 in and 0 home to clarify. 🤣
Me want 5:0
