While I’ve come to peace with whatever happens, I know that’s not the case for everyone. Hang in there, only 4 more days of this agony. I was once told by a wise man to focus on controlling the things in which I can control. I can’t control whether my jobs gets the axe, but I can choose to stay optimistic and prepare myself for the worst case scenario. We got this!💪

Why the he-l are they dragging this out? They did it last time too. Just rip the fu--ing band aid off and get it over with. The ELT look half sadistic and half id--tic. They’ve done the same thing RTO, first 3 days, then 4 days and we all know what’s coming next. Just be leaders, make tough calls and let’s move forward. Sorry, rant over.
This calendar is so sadistic and inhumane. Knowing JD not only worked at Bain but was its CEO explains a lot, and not in a good way.
@scl:
They're saying that, at worst, it will all be done by May 31st. It might actually be next month or something, no one knows - but they need to be done no later than May 31st.
@cfb+1raM6ikF Who says 4 months? This wound was 2 months and 2 weeks after the last round. Just enough time for the last round to be off payroll. Who’s to say the next round won’t be in April? not what I’m hoping but just saying
It’s 4 more months, you survive this round of you make it past May 31st
We were told in a meeting yesterday, that the waves will come and go up until the end of the FY. This is my 5th go round of Nike’s every 2-3 year trip to the “layoff” circus. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the agony continues until they announce they have completed the cuts 😕
Only 4 more days then 2 months of worry until the next wave!!!! Yay!!!!
