@tun+1njVZF6R / @cfc+1njVZF6R is making this @$$ up just to upset people...
@cfc+1njVZF6R: You AND your boss should be terminated.
You know the best part? I'm irreplaceable, since I'm the only person knowing the process, and unwilling to teach anyone else. Knowing how to operate legacy systems has its benefits.
Clearly the last poster is a good example of why Ford is having cuts. Most people work hard, but it's people like this that cause bloat and waste. Thank you for making it bad for everyone else.
They don't analyze any clicks, I work maybe 4 hours a week and have been doing so for the past 3 years.
No all clear for Quality even though no 2 pm ten minute webex.
Most of quality is workplace dependent.
Pretty sure the work from home types have had lots of their clicks analyzed.
This is the Ford way.
Probably another algorithm from Boston company.
Or Kirsten doing extra work after retirement.
With how haphazard it was cascaded I wouldn’t assume so. I know of a group that didn’t get the invite because their LL6 is out of the office today.
I think your unit is safe. I heard Frod pro are not impacted. But who knows…
Generally, yes. We are sending an all-clear to our department tomorrow. We were not part of any 2:00 town halls.
Is that a question or a statement?
You need to wait until the end of the week.
I was wondering about that too
