Currently Lumen ees are producing ~ 500K revenue per ee compared to "real tech companies" producing twice and many multiples of that number each employee.
There are 21K losers still feeding from the trough of a Company that can't SELL ENOUGH REVENUES to keep the business vibrant.
How many can we count on will be removed from this RIF? 1K won't be enough, unfortunately.

Such a Lumen move. On Linkedin all kinds of managers are posting that they have just taken some type of Akira Specialized Sales Training. and posting a certificate. That piece of paper can be used to wipe tears when they get RIF'ed
@cj How does this even work? Are they called in to a meeting and the recording playing?
Some folks I know who were laid off today were told by a recording. If that's not a great example of the Lumen 8 behaviors I don't know what is.....that is just unreal.

He read from a script and didn't answer any of the questions. Announced Ernst and Young will be pretty much taking over CFS staffing. But they will be transparent when they can be.... Then an email from Chris S which was what Don Holt was reading from word for word. His email said if you have questions contact your Manager so I did and they know basically nothing. Those on the call were called retained employees.
