1000s upon 1000s of layoffs last year and up to now and going forward. layoffs and location strategy are absolutely the #1 top of mind issue of the rank-and-file. Barely any mention of any of it by executive leadership. zero mention of their golden parachutes and plundering. zero mention of anything meaningful. or-l diarrhea on DEI, Climate Change, Yoga and other BS topics nonstop.
