Make sure you take action with local politicians. We need to protect all type of jobs (simple/complex, junior/senior) in our country. Because we need all types to build solid and resilient industries in America. Every industry that displaced its junior cadres has been destroyed. Make yourself heard. Shore up onshore!

Somebody enlighten me how 4 levels of managements in a single org in US are all from the same country? Many such instances in WF. A few of these folks are hard to understand when they speak. Not being anti-DEI. But some of these arrangements don’t make sense. Almost as if the hiring system has been gamed. Why not hire more hispanic Americans, other Americans, other asian Americans? They can do as good, if not better.

@cr+1jv5srbr1 - don’t know why you brought racial angle. Making sure there is diversity and range of jobs and skills in domestic labour market is critical. That is how opportunities for growth blossom for our societies and deep competencies are developed to build great industries. The argument would stand if you tried to offshore American jobs to Poland.
The irony of many of you. Blaming an entire ethnic race on your woes. They did nothing to you. Why not blame the mono colored executives at the top of the house or the senior leaders who are actually offshoring the work ? Your racial hate is misdirected and should be directed at the actual people offshoring your job, meanwhile also look at yourself.
Where is the huge profit windfall ? Or does the low labor costs provide cover to billions in losses due to poor management ?
The current administration doesn't care about Americans or border security. They just let one of the Mexican cartel head's family in. Why would they care about keeping American jobs from leaving?

Charlie had been doing massive stock buybacks so he can get more shares as part of his bonus and reduce outstanding shares driving up earnings per share and the stock price for investors.

Before Charlie management was able to make more profit with next to no indians. They used to provide better medical, benefits etc.. Charlie has nickle and dimed his employees. And now with a army of Indians, profits have been flat or lower than historical. Shouldn't there be billions in extra profit from labor costs coming down. Is it a case of 20 now changing a light bulb instead of 1?
