With Sales Leadership confirming quarterly layoffs for the foreseeable future, I have decided to join my peers and take a second full-time job

@cuk+1ka5fUMM you, are correct. I re-watched the sales meeting today. Quarterly or on-going layoffs was not mentioned. The quote was that the notification would be some time well after 12/12. That could very well just mean once the quarter closes.
Easy Peasy to work two sales jobs at same time
I just call the Cisco reseller on Friday to see what orders are coming in for the following week so I can forecast and the rest of the week I work my other job
Where do you guys find the time to have a second job? I've seen that thrown around quite a bit and there's no way I could work a second job with my current job.
With WFH the new standard at Cisco, now is the time to look out for yourself and get a second job because current management certainly does not care about you
I don’t remember them confirming quarterly layoffs just that the layoffs would happen later potentially.
Cisco encourages this with their lay off practice. Take care of your family! Get go get it!
This is the right thing to do for your family when it clearer than ever that Cisco execs are unqualified to run this company and will line their pockets with millions in stock as long as the board lets them get away with it
