The unemployment rate is the lowest in 30 years. I have 10 people begging me to interview every week. If you are on here complaining then you need to figure out your path in life. This is not China! Anyone talking about unions doesn’t understand the industry and you should move on. McDonald’s or doormen in nyc have great unions you can join. I only see silly people posting here that are scared because they got lucky once getting a good job. Go get another!

Does the OP realize that employment numbers are always readjusted down every month in the US? Also the market is very different now than it was during the peak covid, hiring bonanza.
The question should rather be: What is wrong with YOU?? I would rather remain unemployed than work for people like you.

@OP+1tWPPlfU, if you are very comfortable in Cisco, then there is something wrong. Usually people who make comments like yours are friends and family member of someone who is high over there. This is not India. Nepotism can only get you so far. Enjoy your time at Cisco while you can because sooner or later you are going to be replaced by folks from a different village.
