Yeah those BI articles might be interesting to outsiders but if you work at Nike those articles almost never reveal anything you don’t already know. I read four or five of them recently and it’s all common knowledge internally.
While I agree with PP that none of its really news if you’ve worked in GT for more than 6 months. I’m curious who leaked that info, it can’t be that big of a group whose got access to the GT level employee engagement survey results.
Those BI articles... kind of "s***"? Really rehashing previous articles and gathering a paragraph of new data. Anyone that's ever worked at Nike has known GT is the least happy organization at Nike. Also for about 7 to 8 years, they use to dump the people who didn't pan out in the "business units" into Tech. So you had a lot of people who were tech people who didn't know tech.
We also had multiple changes in strategies in Tech. So everything in that article makes sense and I understand why those people wrote their survey results like that. Nothing new, nothing surprising that I didn't know and I think most people at Nike didn't already know. Not saying this is an excuse, more like a "Known" and a ship that will never be steered in the right direction.
