Everyone here is embarrassed to work here anyway and if they force me to go to Michigan for Mediocre career and underpayment, I’m not doing it.

Stay home! That means 1 less person that actually works, can keep their job!
You are a total whiny baby. Get your a-s back in the office! I feel the decline in the USA is because of this lazy entitled generation!
Not only does no one care, they probably won't miss you a bit. Just the way it is. Good luck.
@d0+1jgfg53a2 They should keep remote workers out of RTO or risk losing them.
I've been going in everyday since they reopened a building for us in 2022. I count my commute (40 mins each way) as part of my with day. Leave at 7:30, arrive at 8:10. Work until 4, and come home. With an hour for lunch.
Management loves me because they see me badging in and out everyday in the system. And I'm last on the layoff list
WFH is for su-kers. I was working 10/hours per day when we were full time WFH. That's for the birds.
When you leave because you don't want to go into the office, your coworkers will shrug. They don't know what you contribute anyway.
I can't believe so many people were hired who have never been to Michigan. That will be interesting if they force 5 day RTO but allow the remote to stay remote
I will quit if I have to return to the office. How am I going to finished my home remodeling projects.
Yeah, I’m not going back to driving 8 additional hours per week to talk on the phone to the teams in other building, cities, states and countries. For what? Still no legitimate reason given.
Not only that, but you wanted to go along with the Covid scam. You threatened our jobs if we didn’t comply with the jab protocol. We found a way to make it work. You even bragged about increased productivity. You're supposed to read it
I’ll pass. Nice knowing all of you!
Then don’t move and get another job. Start looking now. Not a big deal. Why did you waste everyone’s time, Captain Obvious?
"With all due respect, it’s disappointing to see someone not fully committed to their work." sounds like we should do some research on why instead of being disappointed

you blame others for complaining and credit that as the source of why things happen.
I can see some out of state employees not wanting to move to Michigan for their job. Especially the ones that were hired as remote employees and already lived wherever they're at.
But most - even all - of the employees in metro Detroit will return to office if told to do so. Maybe they'll start looking for another job that allows them to work remotely, but I don't believe any of these people will actually 'refuse' to return to the office.
@OP, I hope they require you to move to Michigan to keep your job.
With all due respect, it’s disappointing to see someone not fully committed to their work.
Excuses and complaints are part of the reason jobs are outsourced overseas. When that happens, don’t blame foreign workers for taking your job. It’s the negative attitude and lack of effort that lead to these decisions.
If you care about your role, stop making excuses and think about how you can truly contribute to the company. If you’re not willing to do that, maybe it’s time to f*** off.
