Had such a hard time working Friday thinking about what will happen. It's Saturday and the only thing I can think of is what's going to happen on Monday. Anyone else feeling anxious?

@d1 Does anyone know of the PL have the say so I’m who stays and who goes ? Curious about favorites. I have always been a high achievers and producer always. Not sure any of this matters
Those that signed the VSP are rightfully anxious but keep in mind there was a reason you signed - and usually it’s not just about money.
Those that chose to stay will find more work and potentially new opportunities as well.
@am No ragrets. Looking at all the negative news, the current bills passed, and that Centene is fully leveraged in the government insurance market, this company is trying to learn to operate with minimal human interaction and more AI. It is not sustainable long term for a career unless your skills are related to AI. The VSP is offering a way out with something.

@OP I'm so anxious and having so many regrets. I signed the VSP but wondering what have I done. Monday can't get here fast enough

I have made myself physically sick thinking about all this. Took some sick days to try and have the week pass quickly. We all got this for sure! Everyone stay strong and keep moving forward, and hopefully 🤞🏻 Monday we can breath a sigh of relief and move forward.
@OP What do you think ? After our team meeting I left early. So over this nonsense and nobody knows anything cr-p. Said layoffs coming soon. Reorganized all departments none left out. This has created such a mental health crisis tht I think maybe I can get disability from it.
Feeling the same. Doc started me on Prozac as my anxiety was really bad due to this mess. Hopefully Monday we can all breath better.
Same. I only applied because I’m in a failing ADA reassignment. This job market is brutal and my anxiety is all over the place.
@OP not anxious as I really think all that applied for VSP will get it. However until we see this in writing we all worry and wonder. To me it’s the last date I am concerned about. I am confident come Monday we will all breathe a sigh of relief.
