Employee Survey

So I understand. Survey results will likely bash RTO and management will likely stand firm. So what exactly is the point of survey if you don’t want to listen to employees and what they want. This isn’t a debate about RTO, it’s a glaring example of managements inability to listen to its workers. Don’t ask us to fill out survey just to hear your spin.

You’re under the false impression that your opinion was wanted. It’s an attitude form. They just need to know exactly how hard they need to handle you in your future 1 on 1s. You will comply or leave. The choice will be yours when they beat you down to the point that meets their needs.

@d5

Oh I must have forgotten about all the 100% work-only focused drones in the office. No one there ever wastes a second on personal chit-chat, extended coffee breaks, or any other non productive pursuit.

Thank you for the reminder of how it really is.
