Looks like just over 500 people got the axe on 3/18. Things slowed, but never stopped, during the holidays/new year period, but HY is back at it with a vengeance, just like 2023 and 2024. If the pattern follows, about 900-1200 people will be downsized every month from here through the end of October.
Golden ticket from a cost center to WIM that is slowly being gutted to the core after the change in direction in regards to advisor support. Leadership always saying one thing and doing another. Feel bad for those who stay.
I got shafted. I have to go in tomorrow and keep working. Just drop the axe.
No golden ticket for me today, the looming torture continues. Please help me.
The only true hub is I&P.
14 months paid time off... was only a matter of time, and my time ran out. Put that in your spreadsheet!
Shart will never change his mind. The only question is whether the board will move on from him before all of the domestic workers are gone, or not. He won't stop.
I was in a core location however was just let go because I am in a higher cost city. Rest of my team is in MN.
Time to move on!
Is anyone else terrified that they're going to change their minds about location strategy and you're not going to get your golden ticket?

In tech and after 20 years have been laid off today. I knew this was coming, so glad the limbo is finally over.
I've heard from a few in fho server maintenance who had the invite...
I am eating leftover cabbage today so there is that...
Consent order lifted now it’s time to trim risk support and overhead.
also last of the quarter although even if you receive notice today you aren't technically laid off for 60 days.
This is the last layoff Tuesday of the month. It will be interesting to see if the previously claimed March FHO layoffs happen.
I’m hearing some colleagues have received the last minute meeting invites for today. See what happens.
We are in Winston Salem, North Carolina and we are waiting
I have a meeting scheduled. Non core city. After 23 years, it’s time to move on.
