So rather than get rid of him, we get rid of employees.
He needs to retire at 63. Maybe he did some good in the past but the strategy of cutting the operating expenses over and over and over annd reorging over annd over ann over again is LAZY and low hanging fruit. Nike has been in a death spiral for the last four years, hiring bad leadership, cutting retail stores…. Just freaken bad decisions and heartless. Why is the innovation team excluded from all this!??
