I heard that the company has lost two employees to su----e in the last few months. What is going on?

Stress is high at EM but statistically a higher percentage of the general population self delete than people who work for EM.
"Unalived". Bwahahahahaaa. That's hilarious. In reality, need to cometvpare "unalived" rate in this population with general statistics available. Unfortunately, people have serious mental health issues outside of work as well. I bet the rate is lower here
Congrats @db+1jr1qyfwr, you’ve posted the most UT comment of all time.
I agree 100%, you need to able to protect yourself from postal employees. It’s not rocket science
Too bad those employees went to LSU or Texas A&M and not a real school like UT. If they got a real education, they wouldn’t be trapped at XOM and would be employable and able to get another job somewhere else if XOM was so terrible instead of offing themself as the only way out.
One was in Carlsbad but I’m not sure about the second one. I guess you can’t say su----e. Unalived by one self.
Unalived- one in permian. Where was the other one? So sorry to hear this.
What we need to worry about are the ones who crack. The quiet employees or ones who
change. These are the crazies that will s hoot up the place. I have an escape plan where I work. Once the shooting starts I know where to go. Exxon has been fu--ing the employees for decades and it is only getting worse with pressure and performance pushes. Exxon is a tinderbox waiting to blow. Watch your fellow WEAM employees for the change. Be nice to them and maybe they will spare you.
Two unemployees unalived themselves. One recently in the Permian. The way management has treated us over the past so many years impacts everyone differently. I'm surprised there hasn't been more to be honest. I have had outstanding and Excellent ranking consistently and still feel depressed like many others. I think a big part of it is watching our jobs move to India, the opportunities evaporate, executive roles filled by outsiders from GM of all places, the total compensation package reduced each year through things like cr-ppy insurance, changes to expat program, changes to education program, so many things and none of them give any indication that the future will be brighter for employees. Clearly the future is each year things getting worse. Probably all of us need to go find a job somewhere else or seek psychiatric help. Oh and the employee psychiatric benefit is total cr-p. I needed it for a family member who was in crisis and it was worse than worthless. Wasted valuable time on it when I should have just gone elsewhere to non-company options which is what I ended up having to do.

Glad the alarm bells are ringing for you on two employees lol
Lost employees to what?
Was waiting on this. How do you want this to go? You guys can’t even say the location.
That number does seem a little low.
What's going on?
