Best: Small BU, same distribution and generally worse people. Even better Uncon support groups. Do nothing but critic others work - easy for any Exxon people
GP - Avoid Dev Planning. Go for any Cat 4 or lower projects.

@de someone needs to tell Road Rage Dan that many of us use the same routes to/from work and to work events, and having a vanity license plate makes road ragers’ cars easy to remember. Just sayin’
Procurement: Constantly rotate managers & worker bees so that no one is an expert on what they're supposed to negotiate. Add in offshoring to even less experienced people while constantly changing the goalposts. Berate the few talented people you have left holding it all together for not meeting the unrealistic goals. Keep reminding them that the end game is to replace them with lower cost alternatives, and then wonder why all loyalty to the company and motivation are gone. As they say "The beatings will continue until morale improves!"

Worst: Exploration. Understaffed and underfunded for years leading to cutthroat behavior by wannabe execs and then all the sudden we hire 50+ and expect the experienced few left to onboard new people and still do the same amount of work as before because the 90% of exploration the last 6 years was Guyana and only few n Houston know how to do other plays.
