Budgets become available in the comp planning system this evening through tomorrow morning. Your people leader is probably just waiting to see what the money looks like before having the discussion with you. I wouldn't sweat it at this point.

We used to get our PR/check-in in late December, then it was pushed to early-to-mid-January. I'm perplexed as to why now in February?!

Many employees try to spread the word of the good things happening with the company and the positive direction we are going in for future mobility. People here just gang up on positive vibes with red down voting. I wonder if people leaving comments here are even employees?
Just find a job somewhere else and stop the worrying. These big corporations do not give a rats a$$ about you, don't you get it? Find a place where you aren't treated as a commodity, but as a human being !

You won.t get pipped. There is a pile of work for managers and HR to do a PIP, they will drag there feet hoping a mediocre review and low raise/bonus convinces you to just leave.
