Just passed my 20 year anniversary, wanna know how WFC congratulated me? 1 Lucite cube, a 1% raise, 75% of my bonus (hooray for rank stacked bonuses) and a performance review that dinged me for not managing to convince 7 senior managers to give attention and resources to a project designed to mitigate their liability for a point of substantial risk. Single contributors around me are being told that risk accountability falls to them and so they are quitting, leaving a smaller and smaller body of people holding the bag. This sh-t is on fire, run for your fu----g life, I am.

I'd like to get a lucite cube.
you know what they gave me? The Boot!
Right along side you. 20 year coming up quick. No raise and a tiny bonus because someone had to be at the stack rank bottom and I don't do what my peers do (literally, a different function) so I wasn't doing the same work they were doing. Grateful for the bonus, grateful for about 10 years in the middle where I could do my best work and was rewarded for it, but I'll have more use for the cardboard box it comes in than the plastic cube I'll get.
Retirement is coming, just got outlast this current BS.
Pathetic cubes, pathetic “merit” increases, and downward mobility. Fantastic recognition!
I hate as-----s who insist being grateful is the answer to everything. Yes, it's something to consider and keeps you from going down a very dark ho-e. But a person can be both grateful AND angry.
Congratulations on 20 years. Sounds just like the Agile transformation. Plenty of stuff coming down to teams not willing to accept and managers that don't want to assist and support so accountability falls to individuals with various titles.

Pretty sure you’re the one who keeps getting your posts deleted. Try being kind/empathetic - you might find a little more happiness in the world.
@dfi+1fEFfcOo - There’s actually a corporate recycling program for all those cubes and swag.
Congratulations on 20 years. You've been blessed with steady employment, while others were being laid off for lesser years than you have. Ungrateful.
Corporate SWAG in general used to be so much better. Remember hoodies and fleece vests? Now it’s cheap stuff that ends up in a landfill. (I swear if I get one more water bottle or plastic travel coffee mug I’m gonna lose my… “coffee”.) I like that they don’t just automatically send the cubes. Spares the planet, and me the hassle of disposing of it.
Sorry things are rough OP. Hope positive change is coming for you.
Took mine to the range and put a few high-powered rounds in it... looks better now.
Congratulations on your anniversary. Got the same at 10 years and will get the same for 20 this summer. All of it meaning less... can't even put our names on these worthless POS items. F-ck WF.
Not to mention how big of a bo--r RTO is.
We should collect a bunch of the cubes and build a giant “middle finger” and send it to senior leadership haha.
I don't like a bunch of bruhaha about work anniversaries. Form letter email with a link to our a cube is totally cool with me, and that's not sarcasm. If you want confetti and stuff, tell your manager, they'll likely make a bigger deal out of it. Sorry your job sucks OP.
Anniversaries are now a joke here. My last milestone anniversary came and went without any acknowledgement from my team. I received form letter from CS that included a link to order my cube (if I wanted it).
"acrylic plague"
This is why people have no faith in WF.
Wait until you retire after 30 years and WF gives you an acrylic plague you can barely read, starts charging you fees that were waived as an employee without telling you and gives you a dozen different phone numbers to call with any issues after retirement none of which you can reach. My former cube neighbor says being a WF retiree is worse than an employee so disconnect from everything WF as fast as you can.
