Sitting in a virtually empty office today idly musing if we will see people come streaming in in the new year to comply with stricter RTO requirements . If I were a betting person I would probably bet against it ….:)

Only plebes and suckers have to go to the office. They cool kids in tech and various other groups apparently aren't "better together". It's a complete joke.
Replying to @djp - yes I do of course know that. But I have been going to the very same office for months and even mid-week during the year it’s been pretty empty .
We currently work 1 week home, 1 week office. We were told next year yo be prepared to RTO FT. Our building is 50% full when I go in. In March, there will have 2 other buildings staff added, as they are selling the buildings, not sure where they will put everyone.
You do know that probably 90% of the company is off this week, right?
