Now that bonus is in the bank, how many are actually leaving?

I gave notice in last few days. Leaving for a job with 16% raise in base and 32% higher bonus.
Adios!
I did…after no merit and a meets, got an offer somewhere else for 20% more.
Nobody is. Every year, around December, many come on this site and post they're leaving as soon as they get their bonus. But the people who do that don't have marketable skills so they're not really able to get a different job that pays the same or better. Real talent doesn't need to wait for a bonus; the hiring company will cover it at any time of the year.
Only the best, most capable, and most marketable ones will. What does that leave? Thanks HY.
I gave them 2 weeks notice, but they immediately put me on garden leave. I start my new job in early March. Took a pay cut but happy to be out of that mess.
Should have an offer this week that will let me leave for ~30% more elsewhere. Hoping they make me take garden leave immediately and then I get paid to relax for a few weeks.
@j4+1jm6b56jb - What retirement benefits you get after 25 yrs of service.?
Also gave notice last week. Took a job in the energy industry. Best!
Just trying to hang on till I get to 25 years of service … less then 2 years to go.
I left on Friday and it feels sooooo good! Like a huge stress lifted off my shoulders. Better days ahead.
Gave notice last week.
I can retire anytime after April. I’m announcing it this week. Held off until the bonus poster. Only thing left is to decide when my last day will be.
Gave notice Friday afternoon, 2/14. CIB Markets. Posted that I would do this last Nov. Leaving fin services altogether. Good luck everyone.
One more year...if i can last that long..
Job market is garbage and most people don't hate their jobs as much as you'd think from this board. Doubt many will leave.
I have feeling that not many will quit.
Waiting to see if I get the Golden Ticket on Tuesday otherwise I’ll be turning in notice at end of day.
Very few will leave . More bark and no bite
My 2-up is out. Told us back in October that he was "retiring".
Honestly feels like he was forced out.
