Disloyal, sneaky and incompetent. Does the Truist boatd want to tank their stock?

@k5 exactly. Fraudulent nonsense did not sell to investors, clients nor CEO peers. Have to hand it to ML though, he took the active litigation and made it his own narrative to support a strategy reflective of his own lack of raw experience required to run an operation like Fiserv. Also, beware of CEO who arrives with no following. Not referring to PNC (contractual constraints), talking about a guy who spent how many decades in the finance sector and not one executive chasing ML to join him on his journey - major red flag. Easy to see why - ML is obsessed and consumed with curating a Mr Nice Guy image but in fact he is deceitful and operates in the shadows. Keeps his team at a distance in an attempt to mask his inadequacies . ML did say if he "couldn't fix it he would leave" and he did just that - again, like a child, in the shadows, he bolted like a bat out of he-l. Drama similar to his shock and awe PR drill when announcing reset: Nasdaq switch - bo-m! What did this do - nothing. New Chairman of at the Board - bo-m! What did this do - nothing. New CFO - bo-m! What did this do - nothing. Best description so far...ML is a non event. Every penny he lost at Fiserv he deserved to lose - not the case with all the shareholders. Good luck Truist.
@dr your research is - that is what Mike Lyons iimplied! Did you find a singe source other than Mike Lyons who said that their was fraudulent activity- the answer is no. He has no idea what he is talking about
@gj Just keep telling yourself that. He had no business being in that position with Fiserv. His whole career is using who he knows to advance. He couldn't make it work to get any further at a bank so he weaseled his way to Fiserv. He reset it because he created job security for himself. He's not ethical when he's just filling his wallet.
@ex did you read what I wrote? He reset the guidance because it was bad. You think he did that for fun because he wanted to tank the stock? He was the adult in the room dealing with a ridiculous tech valuation.
@dr nonsense, he reset guidence which tanked the stock. He set very low expectations and failed to meet them. He was a small country fish in a big pond. Out of his depth
Do your research on Fiserv. He had to deal with borderline fraudulent earnings guidance from the prior regime and tell people the truth, which of course tanked the stock.
@OP can you tell us why you’re saying that?
@af+1kv8h44fw DEI? Ok WPP!
Convenient timing with ESPP window and Mike's announcement.
At this point even DEI Donta would have been an improvement!
@a7 not quite as much as Fiserv's has over the past year lol
Stocks already tanked, current CEO has done a fine job at managing that.
