Are they happening or not? There were a lot of different rumors last week and nothing definitive. At least nothing definitive that I know of.

Please tell me the remaining senior leaders in 24 hour banking are part of the layoffs?
Not every group is on the same timeline but October is the last window to get ahead of next years budgets.
My manager mentioned that they're traveling to Minneapolis next week.
For an organization that is looking to "manage expenses", trips to HQ are probably for some impactful meetings. I can only wonder what will be discussed.
So was there any layoffs…at this point you all are just getting my hopes up;)
Because it's a Quarter over Quarter thing when it comes to financials. Being a bank showing good finances is more along the lines of cost cutting rather than income generation.
You all keep putting October??? How do you know? What departments?? We work in wholesale operations.
October
TOS is in constant re-org. It's a sign that management has no clue what they are doing. There are lots of clues. They don't hide it well.
TOS, i think it's just a reorg announcement. Unless they are going to fire 25 ppl all at once stranger things have happened.
@dsc+1uq8PJfR - what division??
30 min, first thing weds am.
How long is the meeting scheduled for?
We just got a team meeting scheduled for Weds, from our Sr manager, that hasn't met with us all year. So maybe 🤔
My guess would be end of month, to pad the numbers. Investors love that.
