Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Sell clover already, we are done with this Sh-t.

We are extremely frustrated with the delays and inefficiencies in processes involving Fiserv. Urgent issues require escalation, yet the communication channels themselves are creating obstacles. We are repeatedly asked to send emails, wait for responses, and then continue follow-ups, often with little progress.

As a result, critical deadlines are being missed, project momentum is being lost, and teams are spending more time managing communication challenges than delivering outcomes. The situation is impacting productivity, focus, and overall team morale. A more responsive and effective engagement model is urgently needed.

Best we can do is throw money at “AI” executives who will leave in a few months and fire experienced on shore workers who know how things work.

@dt Everything Fiserv bought is mismanaged. Fiserv breaks it, customers fix it, we bill clients for both.

Clover is the crown jewel and was treated as such under Frank's team. The new team doesn't understand entrepreneurial tech companies and yes has mis-managed Clover by trying to turn it into a generic corporate environment.

Whoever has it the worst becomes the standard for everyone else. Taking away your beer was delivering on the promise of one Fiserv.

Fiserv: ‘hold my beer’ — global expansion incoming, $5B target, and apparently our support tickets too. Let’s scale more chaos globally!
that’s roughly 12-17% of their whole business riding on Clover alone. And they’re just getting started globally: Asia, more markets incoming, and that number could realistically jump another 30-50%. This isn’t just a POS system anymore, it’s shaping up to be the next Visa/Mastercard-style model. It feels like we need more bodies on the ground, Egypt-building-pyramids style, just to keep up with the chaos this expansion’s about to bring. Get to work homie! No weekends no time off!
