There are many open positions that have not been filled yet. Also people are leaving. Does that mean we are safe from the cuts for a while longer?

Even the Indians are rejecting TR a lowball offers… it’s crazy out there…
@dtm+1f4Gsxc9 all the signs of a company that doesn't know what it is doing or where it's going. It's better to occupy the time of those employees left with platitudinous drivel and trite sayings about how well things are going at town hall meetings. It would be nice to see some actual leadership from management. What's the plan for the company going forward for the next 5, 10 years? How are we going to achieve this? Oh wait, that"s right let"s keep going with more layoffs and RIF's. As a back up plan we an all escape to our Mood Elevators and magic it all away if the going gets really tough..

There are well over 1000 open roles across all of TR at the moment. Been like that for at least a couple months.
I know some roles are having a hard time finding the right people to hire. And some of the new hires are more green then I remember.
That’s what you get when you pay a discount rate.
