You are really going to hate it in a few months. PIP season is around the corner. I hate the ranking, politics, favorites, and related a holes. I also hate the impossible red tape and bureaucracy.
Based on the actions by leadership and the degradation of treatment of employees, the leadership do not want us to like EM.
