@OP From what I’ve heard, TG was a marine (ship) captain that rose up through the EM food chain and eventually became captain of EM HR Titanic. She presided over that ship during the implementation of our current HR Hunger Games Process which continues to this day. May she burn in He-l for that.
She rose through the challenge of navigating the company through COVID by reducing headcount.
