EMEA - mainly marketing , than Channel and Sales/pre-sales - 6% across almost all business lines.
looks more as re-allignment - as new req's are open for different positions ( cyber , quantum , etc )

5% of total force from sales/pre-sales gone within EMEA West country this week.
All lines of business .
Some sites are so large (like Bratislava and Cherrywood) that it will be done in 3 different waves, continuing through May. And then some more at next round, first round isn't done.
As previously written, it continues throughout May. Then a new round. All depending on local laws.
March is when EMEA is going to announce most of it's layoffs - some countries already did but that was mostly related to mgmt and us-direct-report , rest to come mid-march.
No but would expect cuts in another few months.6500 didnt get cut all at once.
Post high fives and bring in an apple for managment every day and you should be fine.

Was in an EMEA leadership meeting today and heard that if you sell in 3 buckets at an exceptional level you’ll be paid averagely.
Also heard that if you brown nose at an exceptional level you will be promoted.

our team has been hit hard, 2/10 and more to come...the layoff notification is now in hr's office where is difficult fire people and agreement with working council is needed...it will takes weeks. other people around EMEA are alreay out since 1week and half.
