@e5 You sounded legit about the hours, and then you revealed your true troll self with "your engagement level is being measured on your number of meetings, teams activity, and OneDrive volume."

I’ve seen it and they are expecting everyone to be near the 10-12 hours. In addition, your engagement level is being measured on your number of meetings, teams activity, and OneDrive volume.

The problem is the report is wrong more than it is right...Messed up the past two weeks and not corrected.

It’s not what the report says it’s the fact that they are tracking it. That’s the motivator to come in. It’s like a camera system that doesn’t record but still scares off the thieves.

bull$hit. bull$hit. bull$hit.
Come and go as you will. The report is broke and cannot be used for action. You supervisor can talk bring it up but simply state that is inaccurate and does not reflect your true time in the office. CASE CLOSED LARD HR.

This report is EXACTLY like the camera that doesn’t record and nobody cares. Don’t let these old bald men, loser supervisors, and power junky playground bullies say one damn thing to you.

The OP is a bonafide ruh-ta-d but I believe there's a presence report that is being looked at by leadership that basically summarizes avg # of days in the office by team/employee. Seems they're looking at that to see the outliers and then drilling down...employees showing 2-3 days in office. 4.XX days in and you're good. That would include PTO days.
