Let's never forget what Stank has done to the company and culture, driving both down as one of the worst large companies to work for.

I’m just trying to make it 5 more years to retirement. I can play the game that long. Problem is all the 20s/30s/40s are all sick of 5x RTO and leaving. The culture su-ks, the policy su-ks, the stock performance su-ks. There’s really no reason to stay if you have more than 5 years to go. By the time the majority of people who work here, who are around my age are retired there will be no one with any knowledge or skills left. The future doesn’t look good for T with this RTO policy and current leadership.
"And yet you stay. So is it really that bad?"
I stay because I am looking for another two years until I retire. Why would I start over elsewhere? I can handle it for two more years.
Here's the thing. I am looking at whats good for me in the short term. The CEO SHOULD be looking at whats good for the company in the near AND long term.
@e7 Nah, flipping burgers is better. You get a parking space and a you know where your going to work every day.
@c7 , ladies & gentlemen…we have a winner!!
With my skills, 875 isn't bad at all. Much better than flipping burgers.
The Stank takes pride in those abysmal numbers. The more toxic the company culture is, he sees it as a positive. Make the employees as miserable as possible, and it will translate into voluntary attrition.

I get almost $200K/year and will get 6 mos severance if/when they decide to let me go. With the RTO mandate I have cut my hours back to 40 . . . you do the math. Why would I leave before they ask me too. But, that still does not change the fact that AT&T has been identified as one of the worst companies to work for and having one of the worst cultures. If the culture was better, I might actually give a sh!+ about my job. 8 & skate, it can wait.
And yet you stay. So is it really that bad?
what do these numbers mean
