It sure does which must mean it's cheaper so if course this place will go full steam with it.
Excuse me but I work in customer service but we just recently went to teams from webex but we still have webex on our system . I should have said on the team chat and yes this new system su-ks compared to webex.
While WebEx is on its way out very soon in place of Teams, it was the only chat tool used by department/orgs that produce anything of value at Ford. If you have been using slack, congrats you are the people that lose money for the rest of us.

Yes they do use WebEx. That's how I was "laid off" in August 2022.

The answer is zero. We don’t even use Webex.
