How big is your "team"?
Mine is on the opposite coast so the only reason for me to come to Basking Ridge is for the excellent cafeteria and of course, the chance to cross paths with the Meatball or one of the two Sams. Some of the women are attractive too.

I do come in 5 days. I want everyone else to be here also so that we can actually work as a team. Everyone should be here everyday.

Sammy gets chauffered to work 2 days a week in the office
Sam's revenge on the V for cowtowing to pulling back off DEI. She knows this move will hurt the company and she doesn't care. DEI was her baby and she was a true believer in it. Basically saying sc--w all you. Especially working moms who built families over the past 5 years because they can work at home. She wants people to hurt like she does.
