I work in HR and here are the dates

Nov 1- due date
Nov 2- letter of education (written warning) generated from Workday
Nov 9- Final written warning
Nov 15- termination

If you get a written or a final written it will impact your ability for year and bonuses so be aware.

If you get terminated they will make you not eligible for rehire and you will not get a severance.

The person who keeps accusing others others here of posting fear, wake up!!!! Jobs are on the line. This is reality. All across America police, hospitals, schools, etc are terminating the unvaxxed. The private businesses are following the same orders. Unvaccinated will not be working come 2022. If you are too blind to see this, by all means, carry on, but everything that has happened up until this point is because those unvaccinated are being terminated. Banks and financial institutions are not exempt from this. Soon you won’t be able to leave your home if you are not vaccinated.

Normally you would be incorrect.

In this case, I think you are correct. When you sign the HIPAA form, you're giving them permission to pull data from the group health plan. If you lie, they will know.

The only way they would not know is if you didn't provide your insurance information when you got it.

They will know you are lying. Everyone who gets vaccinated has their vaccine info updated to a database that has the vac name, dates of doses and lot number. They track everything. Bank already knows your vaccine status. So does your insurance company.

I'm a Democrat who believes in the right to choose. I'm vaxxed but support my teammates who aren't. I believe dr-g addicts and the poor deserve to eat and unvaxxed deserve to work. Stop alienating people. We have more in common with one another than we would ever with the csuite at this company. D&I in reality not wall street window dressing!

Well I think this information is good because at least everyone realizes what’s about to happen in November. The unvaccinated are definitely not RTO. The memo clearly stated disciplinary action and termination for those not willing to comply.

My advice is if you are not vaccinated, don’t be. Stay true to yourself. Because at this point, even if you get vaccinated, you’re already a bad seed in the eyes of management for waiting this long.

Well, I’m glad I got the vaccine. I was on the fence and then just said whatever. I’d rather have a job than be living in my car unvaxxed. World is so effed up, we’ll be lucky to make it through 2022.

Vaccination DISCLOSURE is required. Something to note.

Most people are ok with disclosing.

The unvaccinated are mostly fine with this. Now force the vax, and people will quit.

Why not wish GOOD unto your coworkers? Like I hope the the unvaccinated folks get to keep their jobs. They are good people, and they are no harm to me because I got the jab.

“Rewarding” those who are vaccinated and in the portal by pressuring them to RTO during the delta variant spike. Really?
Failing to delay RTO and consider a hybrid model as every other large bank has. Really?

Let’s call it for what it really is… an attrition plan to cut costs by reducing headcount without severances. Bank leadership has been completely fixated on cost cutting.

RTO has never been about “supporting our well being”. This has been a giant con job from the beginning and it’s infuriating.

Get ready for major flight risk and low morale issues for the foreseeable future.

Why is it so difficult for unvaxxed to understand that only vaxxed employees are allowed to RTO? The vaxxed do not want unvaxxed around them. And WFH is not the solution.

The fact that so many unvaxxed think they are coming back to office unvaxxed is frightening.

Go find another job that allows you to be unvaxxed. That is, if you can.

The problem is….anyone who isn’t vaccinated by now is never going to be vaccinated. The bank knows this. Everyone knows. It’s the great divide.

I knew layoffs would be before Thanksgiving. That sucks for the unvaccinated. Even if they go get vaccinated today, the bank knows they they are defiant and will be a problem down the road, so layoff is safest with this crew. Otherwise they will be complaining and threatening lawsuits and disruptive to the people who had no issues getting vaccinated and are moving on in life.

I would note, if you think you can lie about anything, you’re in for a rude awakening. Your vaccination status goes into a database. Your employer knows when and where you got vaccinated. So does your insurance. So does the government. So does the cdc. They all know.

I’m not quite sure I understand? You’ll be terminated for not disclosing? What if you disclose and say you’re unvaccinated will you still be fired? Or what if I say I’m unvaccinated when I’m Vaccinated? Will they terminate for not being honest. This seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Also, a written warning one day after seems extreme. Is this even real or is this post trolling and scaring people?
