Complete lack of transparency

How many of you have noticed there has been complete lack of transparency from the ELT lately? Let me be clear, AT&T has never been a paragon of openness but I don't think that it was ever as bad as it is now. We have to find out about benefits being taken away here instead from our managers/the company directly, FFS! How is that okay? Or normal?

The company has not changed. It's more that you and your perceptions have changed.

@ecx+18kEf4au, how long have you worked for AT&T HR?

Long enough to have seen more than my fair share of entitled crybabies as is displayed in the OP.

Oh FFS, you do realize that there is always going to be a gap of time from these decisions being made to when you’re notified right? How ignorant do you have to be to think that they’d make a significant change and then immediately tell you?

You’re not “having to find out about benefits being taken away here”, you’re choosing to look for leaked information before it is made official. People are starting to be notified about upcoming changes which is part of the process, it was always going to be part of the process.

Lack of transparency would be benefits changes being made and you never being told about it. That’s not what is happening here, so find something else to whine about.
