Pretty funny how he champions for diversity. It just so happens, three women of color were laid off over the last 6 months within his organization.

It doesn't matter if you are purple with green stripes, have two heads and three legs, you are just a number and when your number is up, it's up. Cutthroat at its finest!
Only people I knew who got laid off were white males over 40. And they are all happier now with better jobs myself included).

That’s why, when I didn’t want to be laid off, changed all my information to non-white, multi-racial, bis-xual, non-binary, with a disability.
BNY, just like any other company out there, is all about the virtue signaling.
People of all colors (and both genders) can and will be laid off tomorrow.
