$600/week from FEDS set to expire end of July, maybe get lucky with extension. Otherwise will go back to $240. Does not put a target on you for filing, I did for Apr furloughs. Glad I left my claim open and continued to file weekly claims stating I am working, but not back to FT work. Had a feeling the cost reduction action were not over.

Yes, I was able to collect AZ unemployment during the last 2-week furlough. It's a little tricky, as you have to answer a the questions correctly when submitting your weekly claim in order to keep the claim open (e.g., "Have you returned to work full time"... answer NO, even if you're coming off a furlough week, as you have not returned to work "full-time" if another furlough week is upcoming. Answer YES, and your claim is closed).

Was anyone able to collect AZ unemployment for the past furlough weeks?

Any similar data about furloughs at other sites, Deer Valley specifically? It is not a surprise I guess, but we hear nothing at DV yet. Really, i think it is worse than the management conveys, wish they would stop treating us like children.

Please let them pick different colors for the furlough teams. I've never felt so gross as having to answer email about what color i was. I really don't care if they're michigan or whatever fans. The emails and statuses got weird and uncomfortable quick.

Fed money will be gone unless renewed but state money would still be there. Our site leader sent email with links to information and where to go file claims.

Collecting unemployment for your furlough weeks put you in their target list from what I’ve heard

@eiq
The $600 a week is over.
I'm not sure if AZ will still pay for a furlough week anymore now that program is over.

OP are you talking about Engines Engineering and not just ISC? In the past they have furloughed those independently of each other.

Better than more layoffs and we collect unemployment to offset the loss of income. Sign me up!
