Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Lack of transparency - does it exist anywhere?? If the average Joe only knew what is hidden from them by the elitists in Government, Big Tech, Banks with trillions in assets, etc. I bet we would be shocked.

Multiple groups doing the fly under the radar process. I have spoken with dozens of people who all say the same thing - in office it’s so much easier to dodge real work. Sign up for meetings or events, sign up for volunteering, sign up for RTO committees, there’s a full day of meetings and emails each week right there. Book meetings in adjacent connected buildings and waste time walking to and from. Employees purposely sit on opposite ends of their assigned areas so it takes longer to walk back and forth to ‘collaborate’. Swing by break rooms or conference rooms for free breakfasts and to BS about how everyone there hates RTO. It’s happening all over.

Yes! It's so patronizing when the keep saying the word transparency but zero actions reflect it.

@esv+1fTlOhSZ Not just large meetings. Our team meeting (~25) same thing happened last week. My boss asked me if I think everyone is all right. Uh, no, buddy, they’re all either plotting an exit or flying under the radar to do the least amount of work possible without being noticed.

This is so true… because every good question is met with an ambiguous and highly politicized corporate-speak answer that leaves everyone more confused than before the question was asked.

What you really notice is when there is a meeting and the "leader" asks if there are any questions. They are met with silence as often as not.

It happened again this week. We had a meeting with over 4,000 in attendance. At the end when our "leader" asked if anyone had any questions you could have heard a pin drop.

4,000 people. Not one person had a thing to say. Not a peep. It was awkward when the "leader" said "...well..., ok..., ...I guess there are no questions...".

Its just silence because people know that nothing they say or do matters or will make a difference. People are not happy here. They don't even complain anymore.
