I personally know 8 great, talented, people who got the call today.
They were told their last day is the 30th of June.
Two weeks severance for every year of work, max of 26 weeks
6 mos of Cobra at same rate they pay today

Don’t listen to that advice. Severance is not required. Unless you have factual proof of illegal activity be happy with what they offer. Also not all states are 2 party consent states for recording conversations. Some are only 1 and if you are doing the recording your consent counts, soooo do with that what you will.
Never ever settle for the severance offered.
Always always negotiate for more.

I left 7 months ago after 11 years. I thought I left too soon, apparently just in time.
Based on what I heard from someone on the CU core side this is across the company... sad
I only heard about Bank Solutions, not sure if someone else is affected. I was let go last year.
